Please note that our candles are made by hand and will vary in appearance and colour.
We have a 14 day return policy, to be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Stock
Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling if dropped in transit, please email us at hello@flow-canddles.com and we are more than happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement candle.
Processing
You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if your refund is approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
